Homemade Exfoliator For Soft Feet

To have soft and tender feet you need to make a peeling at least once a month. While applying peeling, massage the feet. This will stimulate circulation, remove dead skin and relax you. So here are some home-made preparations that will be rhapsody for your feet.


Exfoliator based on brown sugar

Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons of oat
* 1 squeezed lemon
* 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and with the resulting mixture massage your feet for ten minutes. Then just rinse with warm water.

Salt Scrub

Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons of salt
* 1 tablespoon of cold water
* 2 drops of lavender oil

Slowly mix the ingredients to get a paste. It should be neither very liquid nor solid. After peeling you need to rinse with warm water.

The benefits of coffee
Ingredients:

* 4 tablespoons of ground coffee
* 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
* 3 tablespoons of salt
* 3 tablespoons of olive oil
