Maple Ring

There are only a few months to really take advantage of the abundance of winter squash before spring comes and produce like asparagus soil in my shopping cart. It is topped with a combination of maple syrup and melted butter, which helps to caramelize the acorn squash and put it with a hint of sweetness. This is an ultra simple way to cook acorn squash, because it involves no peeling or long cooking time. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. It makes a great side dish and do not require too much attention either.
